Voldemārs Bergmanis purchased the mill in 1934. He renovated the mill and equipped it with the best milling equipment at the time – the “O.J.Keller” machinery.
Indulis Bergamnis registered the individual company “Rundāles dzirnavas un galdniecība” (Rundāle mill and carpentry) in 1992.

The mill has been ran by generations of millers – father and son Jānis Mucenieks, who accepted orders, milled grain, produced groats and coarse flour, regulated the water level.
