In 1999, Ivans Bergmanis installed the first turbine VEF K84A for electricity production.
Ivans Bergmanis with daughter Irina and son Vladislavs plan for the reconstruction of the mill into Rundāle watermill museum in 2018 with the intention to renew the historic building and the engineering structures, representing the principles of the construction of a watermill and its historic, economic, social and technical importance.
Vadims Gusevs – Member of the Board of SIA “Rundāles Dzirnavas”, manager of the mill reconstruction works and the creation of the museum. He worked at the site throughout the course of the project from August 2017 to August 2019.
